During free time, will the agents do some other work for us?
A: We agree that you are paying for the agent and their time, bue we are offerring you unique services and our agent will offer services as per agreed terms only. They will not work on some other projects if you have low volume or have some free time.

Yet you can hire some other dedicated staffs for other works like data entry, web promotions, SEO, link building etc. These dedicated workers work on hourly basis and get paid on no of hours only. Just mail us Here

Q: Is there a minimum contract period?
A: No, no minimum contract period, you can terminate the contract anytime with a notice of at least 30 days in advance. So that we are able to use our resources somewhere else.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: All payments are required in advance. Payments must be received by us before the 1st of the month in service. If we not received payment in advance we can suspend services. In exceptional cases we nay continue working otherwise we suspend the services until receipt of payment.

You can wire us payment to our bank account in USA, UK & India. You can also pay us using Western Union & Paypal. Cost of wire transfer and or transaction is to be borne by client.

Q: What is the training process? How are your agents trained?
A:

If you don't have training material need not worry. Just send us details and our project supervisors work over it and train other team members.

Your support is needed in starting to understand the whole process, once all this is done we start working over project within 2 weeks.
